The security permissions for many marketplace add-ons for Google Apps (including for ProQuest RefWorks) don't pass muster with BC ITS. ITS is in conversation with Google Marketplace to see if the number of permissions can be reduced. Until then, installing the Google Docs ProQuest RefWorks add-on in your BC Google Docs account is not possible.
Meanwhile, we encourage you to try zotero as an alternative citation manager (the Zotero add-on does work), or installing the ProQuest RefWorks add-on in a personal (non-BC) google account.
