To troubleshoot, try these steps:
 
  1. Clear your browser's cache.  75% of the time this solves the problem.
  2. Connect to BC's VPN and then click the link.  If our subscription is working, VPN should connect you.
  3. Use the Ask Us link on the library pages or the Report a Problem link in the catalog record to let us know.
