This is a compatibility problem between our printing system (Pharos) and some newer Macs running certain versions of OSX 10.11 (El Capitan), It should disappear in the next OSX El Capitan update. Until then, here is what you can do:
1. On your Mac, go to System Preferences > App Store and check the "Automatically check for updates" and "Install system data files and security updates" boxes. Download and install any recommended updates.
2. Go to the Print Management page, where there is a link to download a PharosRasterFix package. Follow instructions on that page. This should fix the problem.
