ITS Help services staffs a help-desk on O'Neill Library third floor, through the glass atrium from the front entryway (Look for the "ASK US" sign with a computer icon). From 9am to 5pm, you can get help with a wide range of software issues - everything from virus detection and removal to operating system installation. From 5pm-11pm, student staff can help you print, scan, and fax, and help you install printer drivers and other software available through BC.
