For walk-in help, visit the ITS Help desk in O'Neill Library on level three. Look for the big "Ask Us" banner, through the glass atrium from the front entryway. From 9am to 5pm M-F, you can get help with a wide range of software issues - everything from virus detection and removal to operating system installation and troubleshooting. From 5pm-11pm, student staff can help you print, scan, and fax, and help you install printer drivers and other software available through BC.

If you have hardware issues (and you know for certain they are hardware issues), visit the hardware support window on O'Neill level 2 near the elevators, 9am-5pm, M-F. NOTE: Hardware services will likely result in fees.
