Yes! BC Libraries does have a scan and deliver service.

For book chapters, on the catalog record, click "Find it in Library," and then "Scanned Book Chapter":

(For an article in print, select "Check Print Holdings" and "Request Article.")

Sign in to Interlibrary loan with your BC credentials, and complete the ILL form "Copy Request." Make sure the request includes the following:

  1. the title of the article, chapter, paper, or report;
  2. the page-range of the material you need.

Enter "Scan and deliver" in the notes field.

You should receive an email notification with a link to the material online within a few days.
