1. Make sure you're using the correct BC login. Your BC username and password are the same ones you use to log into Agora, campus computers, print stations, etc. 

If a journal or publisher website itself is requesting a login, your BC credentials will not work there. Go to #2.

2. Make sure you're connecting to the resource through the BC Libraries website. If you found an article through Google or another search, then you'll need to connect to the journal or article from the BC Library site.  Look up the Journal or Article in the Catalog or use a Database to find articles and connect to the full text that way. When you find an article, you may need to click on the   button to see if we have it online.

3. Try a different browser and/or clear your browser's cache.  Sometimes if you switch from Chrome to Firefox, or vice versa, you'll be able to connect. 

4. Try using EagleVPN with your BC username & password to access restricted library databases. See this Remote Access guide for more details.
