The Libraries have several reciprocal borrowing agreements with groups and organizations that extend library privileges free of charge to their users, such as the Boston Library Consortium (BLC). To borrow from most BLC libraries, you need a BLC card, which you can get at the circulation desk at O'Neill Library. Patrons from Brandeis, Boston University, and Northeastern University can borrow materials at BC Libraries by presenting their college ID

For those not affiliated with one of our reciprocal partners, a fee-based membership is available.

With the exception of the Law Library, anyone can enter and use many of the resources available at BC libraries.

Please see the links below for detailed policies for other groups.

Guests are also welcome to use designated guest computers in the libraries, where you can access many databases. Guests who have an eduroam account from your home institution can access databases through your eduroam wifi connection.
