There are scanners in every BC library: locations.

For flatbed scanners, log into the computer connected to a scanner with your BC user name and password, and follow the on-screen instructions. You should be able to choose a number of options, including document type (pdf, jpg, etc.). Some scanners may allow for optical recognition, which means the text will be searchable.

For KIC scanners, just follow on-screen instructions.

You can save the digitized document either to a usb-drive or by sending it to yourself in email.

For assistance in O'Neill, see the technology help desk near the scanners on the 3rd floor. For help in other libraries, see the service desk.
