You can use EagleVPN sign in with your BC username & password to access restricted library databases. See below, or see this Remote Access guide for more details.

1. Make sure you're using the correct BC credentials: the login and password should be the same ones you use to log into Agora, campus computers, print stations, etc. The login screen should look something like this:

If a journal or publisher website itself is requesting a login, your BC credentials will not work there. Go to #2.

2. Make sure you're connecting to the resource through the BC Libraries website. If you found an article through a Google Scholar Findit@BC link, sometimes the complex network connections underlying Google and our collections fail to pass you through to the correct online journal site.  Copy/paste the publication information into a file so you don't lose it, and try searching for journal title in a catalog search or by searching for the article in an appropriate database. When you find the article, click on the image of find-it button button.

3. Try a different browser.

4. If none of the above answers resolve the problem, report the connection problem, and/or contact a reference librarian.
