There are two answers, depending on whether you 1. created an internal request to hold a book at circulation or recall a checked-out book or 2. created an ILL request for a book from another library.

1. To cancel a request to hold a book or recall a book checked out by a patron:

On the library home-page, select "My Accounts."

On the next page, select "Catalog."

Log in with your BC credentials. On your account page, select "Requests" in the left-hand menu, and click "cancel" in the far right column of the item you no longer need.

2. To cancel a request for an ILL that you no longer need:

Log in to ILL with your BC credentials.

Click on the number to the left of the item you no longer need:

The next screen will show a detail record of that ILL order. Just click "Cancel Request":
