For general help with email, accounts, wifi, mobile devices, connectivity, etc.:

• go to the ITS Help page
• visit the walk-in IT Help desk in O'Neill Library, 3rd floor through the atrium, or
• call 617-552-HELP (4357)

For problems with workstations in O'Neill Library:

visit the walk-in IT Help Desk on O'Neill Library 3rd floor, through the atrium

For hardware repair:

Hardware repair office, O'Neill Library 208

For more complex faculty or graduate student support:
