Reference librarians are available both for quick (up to 20 minute) questions at the reference desks of all BC libraries and for in-depth consultations in their offices.
Normal O'Neill Library reference desk hours during Fall and Spring Semesters:
- Monday-Thursday 9:00am-8:00pm
- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday 11:00am-7:00pm
- Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm
During the summer, evening hours generally do not go beyond 6:00pm, and there are no weekend hours.
Office consultations generally take place in normal operating hours (9am-5pm, M-F). To make an appointment, find the librarian for your subject, and contact them directly. There is also a 24/7 online chat service staffed by professional librarians available for anyone in the BC community.
