Write-n-Cite, when installed in Microsoft Word, allows you to pull citation information directly from your RefWorks account into an MS word file.
To use Write-n-Cite for New RefWorks, you will need the most up-to-date version, which you can download from within your New RefWorks account, under "tools". Mac users: after downloading and during installation, many users get a message that you need to update/install Java and install "JDK (Java Developer Toolkit). To resolve this problem, go this Apple website and install the version of Java there:
Both windows and Mac users may also need to update both the OS and MS-Word to get RefWorks to appear as a menu option.
If you are using Word 2016 for the Mac, you must add it from within Word 2016, through the Microsoft Store (find it in Insert>Add-ins>Store & search "RefWorks Citation Manager").
