There is no longer an online form for acquisition requests. All you need to do is:
1. Collect as much identifying information as you can about the item, e.g.:
- Full Title
- Author/Editor/Director/Playwright or authoring organization
- Publisher/Production Company
- Place of Publication
- Year of Publication
- ISBN (if available)
2. send an email to the appropriate subject specialist librarian noting reasons for inclusion in the collection.
