We offer a 24/7 chat service to everyone in the BC community. M-Th 9am-9pm, F 9am-5pm, and Sat/Sun 11am-7pm, it's staffed by BC librarians.
Outside of normal office hours, the service is staffed by non-BC librarians who might refer the question back to BC for BC-specific questions.
