O'Neill 211 is no longer a screening room; it has been replaced by O'Neill 248 on the south side of the atrium. O'Neill 248 is booked through Events Management.
Faculty looking for one-time showings should contact Events Management either by logging in to Agora and clicking on Event Space Registration System or by calling them at 617-552-0311.
Please note: classroom space is not released to Events until the second week of classes once classroom assignments and special needs are finalized. Faculty will need to wait until the start of the semester to reserve a room for their showing. The benefit of having one-time reservations run through Events Management is that there are many rooms that would be appropriate to view films in addition to Room 248.
If you need to reserve a media-screening room for an entire semester course, contact Terry Riordan in Student Services at 617-552-3304.
