Method 1

If you know the name of the database

Use the Databases link on BC Library home page to see an A-Z list of databases. If you can't recall the name but will recognize it, you can filter the list by Subject or by Type.

Method 2

If you don't know the name of the database

Go to Research Guides, and select a guide based on the subject area of your project. There will be a short list of recommended resources, including databases, for that subject.

When off-campus, you will be prompted for your BC username and password.  Remember: always go through BC Libraries' site to access databases. If you try to go to a database directly through a web search, the database site will not recognize that you are affiliated with BC.
