If you use remote printing, or would like to use remote printing, follow the remote printing instructions (scroll down to "Setting up PaperCut").
These remote printing settings allow you to print to all the major computer labs and libraries on campus. Please note that not all services are available at all printing locations.
If you are still having difficulty, see someone at the technology help desk on the 3rd floor of O'Neill, or call the IT Help Center at 617-552-HELP (4357).
NOTE: Don't get burned by color printing! Black & White and Color prints are both charged to your Print Bucks quota ($15.00). You can exhaust your entire Print Bucks quota with just 30 color prints! If you need to print many pages in color, consider using Eagle Print, where color prints are $0.25/page.
