Yes the library subscribes to the journal in print and electronically:

O’Neill library has a print subscription with holdings from 1922 to the present: O’Neill  HF5001 .H3.

For full-text online access, go to the database  Business Source Complete
Click on Publications on the right hand bar, then select Browse For,  type Harvard Business Review and click on the hyperlink. It is available back to 1922.

Unfortunately, as of August 1, 2013, Harvard Business Publishing is making 500 selected Harvard Business Review articles “read-only” in Business Source Complete. This change will affect all university customers. The change means that the affected articles can only be read online; but not printed, downloaded, linked to, or emailed.  The 500 selected articles are composed of what Harvard considers its “business classics”, e.g. Michael Porter’s The Five Competitive Forces that Shape Strategy.
