Yes, the library subscribes to the Harvard Business Review in print and electronically:

O’Neill Library has a print subscription with holdings from 1922 to the present: O’Neill  HF5001 .H3.

For full-text online access, use the database  Business Source Complete.
Click on Publications on the right hand bar. Type Harvard Business Review in the "Browse for" box and click on the hyperlink. It is available back to 1922.

Unfortunately, as of August 1, 2013, Harvard Business Publishing made 500 selected Harvard Business Review articles “read-only” in Business Source Complete. This change affects all university customers. Affected articles can only be read online, and not printed, downloaded, linked to, or emailed.  The 500 selected articles are composed of what Harvard considers its “business classics”.
